The S.E. Asian
Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce is a very versatile sauce. It is great
with meat, poultry and fish. It can be used to dip egg rolls, pot
stickers & fresh pineapple. The sauce can also be used as a quick
stir fry sauce or as a glaze on meat, poultry or fish. In Thailand
it was served as a dipping sauce with grilled chicken and as a sauce
with deep fried red snapper. The S.E. Asian Spicy Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce was selected as a Finalist in the Third Annual Gallo Family Vineyards Gold Medal Awards in 2008. We have added our Cherry Ginger Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce to our line. This is a clear, crisp (non-spicy) sweet & sour sauce using Door County tart cherries and fresh ginger root. By popular demand, Asian Crisips, which we have been using to sample our two sauces, is now available for sale. The Asian Crisps are made with Wheat flour, eggs salt & cornstrch and fried in canola oil The Asian Crisps can only be ordered through Penny Lane Farm LLC at this time. A Thai Peanut Sauce is also being made as a fresh product and presently sold only in the Door County area, and made only to order. The Thai Peanut Sauce can be frozen and kept up to 6 months in the freezer, you can use as much as you like and then put the sauce back in the freezer. |
