The S.E. Asian Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce is a very versatile sauce. It is great with meat, poultry and fish. It can be used to dip egg rolls, pot stickers & fresh pineapple. The sauce can also be used as a quick stir fry sauce or as a glaze on meat, poultry or fish. In Thailand it was served as a dipping sauce with grilled chicken and as a sauce with deep fried red snapper.
A convenient quick meal for busy families is to use it with a rotisserie chicken from your local grocery store.
Unlike regular sweet & sour sauces this product does not contain flour or cornstarch but uses a cooking process to achieve the clear slightly thickened sauce.

The S.E. Asian Spicy Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce has been selected as a Finalist in the Third Annual Gallo Family Vineyards Gold Medal Awards. The winning products will be selected by judges from the culinary world in a blind taste test on March 26 in New York City. Winners will be notified by April 1, 2008.
